הסכם רישיון לשימוש בגופן בלונים (EULA)

שם הגופן: בלונים, יוצר הגופן: סטודיו דורון וולף 

רישיון זה מסדיר את התנאים לשימוש בגופן בלונים (להלן: "הגופן").
על ידי הורדה, התקנה או שימוש בגופן, אתה מסכים לתנאים הבאים:

  1. שימוש אישי ולא-מסחרי: הגופן ניתן לשימוש ללא עלות למטרות אישיות ופרטיות בלבד (לדוגמה: עבודות לימודים, פרויקטים אישיים שאינם למטרת רווח, עיצובים פנימיים לבית).

  2. איסור שימוש מסחרי: חל איסור מוחלט להשתמש בגופן לכל מטרה המניבה רווח, קידום עסקי או מסחרי (לדוגמה: לוגו לעסק, פרסומות, אריזות מוצרים, אתרים עסקיים, יישומונים או ספרים) ללא רכישת רישיון מסחרי נפרד מהיוצר.

  3. איסור הפצה (בלעדיות): אין להפיץ, להעתיק, להעביר, למכור או להעלות את קובצי הגופן לאתרים אחרים, שרתים, או מאגרי גופנים (כמו DaFont, קבוצות פייסבוק וכו'). ההורדה מותרת אך ורק מהמקור הרשמי שאושר על ידי היוצר.

  4. ייחוס (קרדיט): בכל שימוש פומבי (שאינו מסחרי), יש לתת קרדיט ליוצר: "גופן בלונים עוצב על ידי סטודיו דורון וולף".

  5. איסור שינויים (No Derivatives): אין לשנות את מבנה הגופן, לערוך את האותיות, לשנות את שמו או ליצור ממנו גופנים נגזרים בכל צורה שהיא.

  6. היעדר אחריות: הגופן מסופק "כמות שהוא" (AS IS). היוצר אינו נושא באחריות לכל נזק שעלול להיגרם כתוצאה מהשימוש בגופן.

Balonim Font End User License Agreement (EULA)

Font Name: Balonim Designer: Doron Wolf Studio 

 This license agreement governs the use of the Balonim font (hereinafter: "The Font").
By downloading, installing, or using the Font, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Personal & Non-Commercial Use: The Font is free for personal and private use only (e.g., school assignments, non-profit personal projects, private home designs).

  2. Commercial Use Prohibited: Any use for profit, business promotion, or commercial purposes (e.g., business logos, advertisements, product packaging, commercial websites, apps, or books) is strictly prohibited without purchasing a separate commercial license from the Designer.

  3. Distribution Restriction (Exclusivity): You may not redistribute, copy, share, sell, or re-upload the Font files to any other websites, servers, or font archives (e.g., DaFont, Facebook groups, etc.). The Font must only be downloaded from the official source authorized by the Designer.

  4. Attribution: For any public (non-commercial) use, credit must be given to the Designer: "Balonim designed by Doron Wolf Studio".

  5. No Derivatives: You may not modify, alter, rename, or create derivative versions of the Font in any way.

  6. Disclaimer: The Font is provided "AS IS". The Designer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Font.
